The Spike Juice is an unsplicable and untradeable consumable which was added on July 2, 2014.
Function
 You are briefly immune to spikes and lava
|
 You feel vulnerable again.
|
When consumed, the Spike Juice grants the Spikeproof mod, which makes the player immunity to hazards, such as Death Spikes and Lava for 5 seconds.
Silkworm Food

This consumable can be fed to a Silkworm to give it a yellow color, thus will produce 10 https://growtopiawiki.nbg1.your-objectstorage.com/uploads/8/8f/ItemSprites.png Silk Thread - Yellow on the next harvest. However, due to the Spike Juice's rarity, it isn't recommended to feed the item to a Silkworm.
Trivia
- Before the Spike Juice was released, ex-developer Hamumu posted an announcement in the forums, warning players not to stop using spikes to protect dropped items.
- This item looks similar to the Antidote, except its liquid looks lighter than the Spike Juice.
