The Keytar is an unsplicable hand item which was added alongside the addition of Rockin' Pack.

When equipped, it grants the Musical mod which loses the player's ability to break blocks and push other players by punching, but gains the ability to play Sheet Music: Piano Note notes by doing so. The sounds produced depend on the punched tile. Players can wrench themselves to see the note of their tile.
