Phoenix Wings are Wings that were only obtainable during SummerFest 2014. They were a rare drop from Summer Surprises. On the 5th of July, 2014, a Global System Message announced that 500 Phoenix Wings have been given out to the players. Since Phoenix Wings are required in the completion of the Quest of the Heavens and many players who had these wings in their inventory are banned permanently, there are currently less than 500 Phoenix Wings available in-game. This item has a bounce effect.
