The Phoenix Wings are only obtainable from SummerFest, both by opening a Summer Surprise and by launching Super Fireworks. They came during SummerFest of 2014.

On July 5, 2014, a Global System Message announced that 500 Phoenix Wings have been given out. There will be no more Phoenix Wings, until next year; or so it was thought. Some Phoenix Wings have been recycled, so there currently are less than 500 Phoenix Wings in the game, thus making the wings one of the rarest wings in the game.
