The destructo ray is a very exclusive game developer item that only @Seth and @hamumu have the ability to use.

The way that the destructo ray works is simply @seth or @hamumu have it in there hand in a world and they can shoot anywhere and then *poof* a message comes up saying Special event dr. destructo attacks defeat dr. destructo! then he starts outing this golden lava everywhere and sometimes breaking items while running (remember dr. destructo is a CPU so no one is controlling him just the game). here's a video by iDot DoesGrowtopia on youtube to show you guys the event in action.

The destructo ray is not spliceable and does not drop any seeds when recycled in inventory.
btw if you beat dr destructo you get an achievement
