Lava Cube is a lava pain block which was added in the Unicorn Madness update.

When touched, a Lava Cube will damage the player. Just like other lava pain blocks, such as Lava and Rocket Thruster, equipping Asbestos Boots will reduce one's taken damage by 50%.

Trivia

Despite only one Lava Cube is given upon combining the needed items, there is an abundance of Lava Cubes due to the fact that they are farmable.
The sprite of Lava Cube is same with the sprite of Lava during Growtopia's beta development phase.
