The Unicorn Garland is an unsplicable pet hand item which was added as part of the Unicorn Madness update.

When equipped, this item grants the Rainbows! mod, which changes the player's punch effect into rainbows. It also summons a unicorn pet which follows the player around and can be trained as an earth battle pet.
