The Unicorn Garland is an unsplicable pet hand item which was added in the Unicorn Madness update.

When equipped, it summons a unicorn pet which follows the player around and gives the Rainbows! mod to them, which changes their punch into rainbows. This pet can also be trained as an earth battle pet.
Trivia
- The pet unicorn's horn changes to a rainbow color while the player is punching.
