Have you actually seen any of the items you mention drop from an Ultimate Pinata?
I removed those as official pinata drops after watching a few dozen pinatas get used in a world (the owner never picked up the drops) after analyzing the drops on the floor, I noticed NONE of the new items seemed to drop, save for the Lucky Pinata Hat of course.
So, I updated the page to reflect that. I believe those items only come from The Great Burro while wearing the Lucky Pinata Hat. Unless you have solid evidence that suggests otherwise. I mean evidence, not just something you think you might have seen.
