The Mariachi Guitar was released during Cinco De Mayo Week 2014. It can be gained from the Ultra Pinata during rare occasions or using the Lucky Pinata Hat.
You also earn the achievement La Vida De La Fiesta if you wear the Mariachi Guitar and the Fiesta Sombrero and do /dance.
