The Mariachi Guitar was released on 2nd of May 2014 during the second Cinco De Mayo Week. It can be gained from the Ultra Piñata during rare occassions or using the Lucky Piñata Hat.
You also earn the Achievement La Vida De La Fiesta if you wear the Mariachi Guitar and the Fiesta Sombrero and do /dance.
