The Fiesta Dragon is a hand item which was first introduced during Cinco De Mayo Week 2014.
Function
 You command a mighty (happenin') dragon!

 Your dragon has abandoned you.

When equipped, it grants the "Dragonborn" mod which allows players to break faster, as well has pushing players farther back (like the Just One Boxing Glove). It spews forth a gout of streamers and festive confetti when punching.
