The Pet Bunny is a leash from Easter Week.
This item can only be obtained by smashing a Bunny Egg at 100% size. Bunny Eggs are made by planting Magic Eggs, and grown by splicing or dropping more Magic Eggs on the egg. It needs 1001 Magic Eggs, including the placed egg, to fully grow the Bunny Egg.
