This item can only be obtained by completing one of the BLARNEY worlds and kissing the Blarney Stone. It is only available during St. Patrick's Week. Unlike the Blarney Pebble and Celtic Block, this item only has a chance to awarded on the first BLARNEY you complete that day.
Head to worlds BLARNEY1 to BLARNEY8 to collect them while you can! Only available during the Saint Patricks Event.
