When equipped, this item grants the Space Commander mod, which summons a spaceship that follows the player around and shoots red laser beams when punching.
Trivia
- The Evil Space Helmet is based on the helmets of the fictional Imperial pilots—specifically, that of the TIE pilots— from the Star Wars franchise.
- The spaceship flying around players resembles a Star Destroyer from the said franchise.
