The Mannequin is an item from the Shop Pack. As the description states, you can use your wrench to make the mannequin "say" something, like a sign. It is often used in parkours if there is dialogue.

Overview
Attempting to place a consumable item on a mannequin, it will say: "That will be weird. Try putting clothes on your mannequin instead."
When you put on a clothing item the mannequin already wears, it will say: "You giggle as you swap two identical items".
