A little white-out, a little scribbling, and voila, you'll have a new name! Use this item to change your GrowID permanently. Can only be used once every 60 days. Requires a GrowID. Is consumed when used.

Birth Certificate is used to change user's account name, disappears after use. Gives 'Recently Name-Changed' mod, which lasts for 30 days and prevents the player from making another name change while it's active.

When Growtopians scam, their names will get recorded. So, they only way to get rid of them getting known to scam is to change their name.
