The Inviso-Block was implemented as a developers' item in order to build a solid body for Growch and the end of parkour on world GROWCH which players could stand on, but wasn't visible at all. There is currently no way for players to obtain it. There has been a WAY made a block mimic the physique of a Inviso-Block, but it is fixed.
