The Ice Dragon Hand is an unsplicable pet hand item which was added on WinterFest 2013. One can be obtained from mixing 1 Dragon Hand, 20 Snowballs, and 1 Transmog Crystal in any Chemical Combiner while the Growch's heart size is 8 or more during WinterFest.

Water Battle Pet
Ability
Frost Breath: Freezes your foe for the next 2s. They can't even swap out. Deals 10 Water Damage.
Cooldown: 10 seconds.

When equipped, an ice dragon pet will appear and follow the player around. The player will be given a punching effect of ice shards fired from the dragon. This pet can be trained as a water battle pet.

This item will also grant the Dragonborn mod to the player, which allows them to break blocks more quickly and knock others back more further, both by punching.

Trivia

• When equipped, it will say: "You command a mighty (cool) dragon!" When removed, it will say: "Your dragon has abandoned you."
