The Ice Dragon Hand is a hand item introduced during WinterFest 2013. It applies the "Dragonborn" mod, which causes blocks to break faster, like a Pickaxe, as well as pushing players back farther when punching, like a Just One Boxing Glove. The Ice Dragon also spews forth an icy mist, like Wizard's Staff and the Mighty Snow Rod.
You cannot make this item until the Growch's heart level is 8 or higher.
