Up to 8 of this item has a chance to be dropped from harvesting a Surgical Tool Tree, which is made by splicing a High Tech Wall Seed with a Biohazard Sign Seed. 5 can also be obtained from purchasing said pack from the Store for 12,000 Gems, or as a possible reward from successfully performing a surgery.
