The Devil Wings are a special Halloween item. It's one of the prizes Growganoth can give for a sacrifice of a specific item. The Devil Wings can be made by clicking on the player with a stack of four Devil Wings Fragments. The Devil Wings Fragment can be obtained by dropping Angel Wings in Growganoth's Maw. This item cannot be obtainable at this time.
