The Devil Wing Fragment is a special Halloween item. It is one of the prizes Growganoth can give for a sacrifice of a specific item. The Devil Wing Fragment can be made by sacrificing Angel Wings The fragment has no use on its own, but when a stack of four Devil Wing Fragments is sacrificed to Growganoth, it creates the Devil Wings. |
