The Vampire Cape is a special Halloween item.
The cape grants the Double Jump ability and causes a flurry of bats to fly out of the player upon death. Also, upon closer inspection the normal death animation is now replaced by a cloud of bats. No flying soul will be seen. A single bat is also released every time the player jumps.
This item is also necessary to complete the achievement, "Costume Contest".

You need 25 Cape Tatters (which can be obtained by sacrificing any item that has Rarity 101 or above) to make this item due the change in Halloween 2015.
