Coming into contact with these will instantly kill the player that will take you to back to a checkpoint or the white door. There are 2 versions of it: when placed next to something else they protrude from the connected surface.
When placed in the air they resemble a ball of spikes. The plant equivalent is the Venus Guytrap.
