The Pumpkin Block is a special Halloween item. There are two other variations the can be obtained from Growganoth: Lit Jack O' Block and Jack O' Block.
It can also be obtained by Fishing using the Halloween themed baits (Lesser Otherworldly Bait, Minor Otherworldly Bait or the Otherworldly Bait), even when it's not Halloween.
Upon being sacrificed to Growganoth, it will yield in a Pumpkin Candy as a reward.
