The Vamp Vest is an unsplicable shirt item which was added on Halloween Week 2013. One has a chance to be obtained from sacrificing a stack of items of rarity 40 or more in the maw of Growganoth.

- Equipping this item, alongside some others such as Vampire Fangs, Slick Black Hair and the Vampire Cape, will reward one the Costume Contest achievement.
