The Weather Machine - Spooky was released as part of the Halloween Event. It was only obtainable by offering up other Weather Machines (Except for Weather Machine - Sunny) to Growganoth. Bats will occassionally fly out of the spooky mansion as a visual effect. "This weather displeases Growganoth! He makes it Spooky!" |
