Nubmumu owns Nubmumu Scamware ([1]) and is the art designer for Nubtopia. He gave Phocats ([2]) the Phocats Hat as a thank you gift, for drawing more people towards Nubtopia in it's early stages. The old Phocats Hat was deleted along with the Nooban Hat and Noobo Dog Hat due to copyright by the creator, so Nubmumu re-designed the Phocats Hat and changed the Noobo Dog Hat to the current Purple Nurple Hat.[3] Hamumu's level is displayed as a "69" His world is NUBMUMUTOWN.
