The Tenement Building is a splicable non-solid connecting background block which was added alongside the addition of the City Pack. Up to 4 of this block can be dropped from harvesting its tree, which is made by splicing a Garbage Seed with a House Entrance Seed. 10 can also be obtained from purchasing said pack for 8,000 gems.
