The Six Shooter is an unsplicable hand item which was added alongside the Wild West Pack on September 11, 2013.
Function
 You shoot bullets instead of punching!

 You are disarmed.

When equipped, the Six Shooter grants the Armed and Dangerous mod, which allows the player to kill zombies during a Pandemic. It will also replace the player's punching animation with shooting bullets out of the gun.
