You can only get The Dragon Hand by TRADING or BUYING it from the store
The Description says "call forth the DRAGONS OF LEGEND! please be aware the legends may have been a bit exaggerated".
When you equip it it says 'you command a mighty (small) dragon!(DRAGON BORN mod added).
When you unequip it it says"your dragon has abandon you(DRAGON BORN mod removed)
