The Summer Surprise is purchasable in store for 15,000 gems. There is also a low chance of one spawning in the world when launching Fireworks during SummerFest. This item was introduced on the 21st of June, 2013.
When smashed, it drops 3 prizes. Prizes can include Sand, Ocean Rock, Fireworks, Water Buckets, Seaweed, Men's Swimsuit, Women's Swimsuit, Swim Fins,Sun block, Hula Bobblehead, Beach Umbrella, or Coral. As of 2014, it can also drop Super Fireworks.
It used to be able to drop Phoenix Wings but no longer does so.

- The best place where you can break/place it is at a fully filled world. It can only spawn in an empty area, so only leaving space near the white door can make it easy for you and others to punch.
