A yellow bottle of liquid that cures you of the G-Virus, Doctor Repulsion or cures your silkworm of a disease. It also leaves a hour long immunity from the zombie infection. (It can't protect from direct infection via the G - Virus itself). However using antidotes when you are recovering doesn't help.
This item also looks like Spike Juice, except its liquid looks darker than the Spike Juice.You can stay on the white door so that nobody can punch you or infect you to prevent you from getting infected.
You can use Antidotes when your Silkworm is sick.
This can also be obtained by doing surgeries.
It doesn't cure you of the G-Virus when the apocalypse has begun.
