(It can't protect from direct infection via the G - Virus itself). However using antidotes when you are recovering doesn't help. To create an antidote tree splice an apple seed with a blueberry seed.
This item also looks like Spike Juice, Except its liquid looks darker than the Spike Juice.You can stay on the white door so that nobody can punch you or infect you to prevent you from getting infected.
You can use Antidotes when your Silkworm is sick
