Obtainable only through Cinco De Mayo event. When users blow whistles purchased through the gem store for 1,000 gems or get a Pinata event, there is a chance of the Ultra Pinata dropping a Fiesta Sombero. Described as a rainbow version of the regular Sombero but sheds confetti, the same which comes from Ultra Pinatas on hit.
