The Gaekkebrev is an unsplicable background block which was added as part of Easter Week 2022 on April 15, 2022.

Function

When placed, the Gaekkebrev serves a fully aesthetic purpose. Placing a Gaekkebrev in a 3x3 tile will form a cut-out paper-like design.

The Gaekkebrev's name and texture is a Danish easter tradition of the same name where children makes cut-out letters with poems but left unsigned. The receiver has to guess who made the letter to receive a chocolate egg; the receiver has to give a chocolate egg to the sender if they were not able to guess the sender's identity.
