When equipped, this item grants the Speedy & Speedy in Water: Neptune's Chariot mod, which allows the player to move faster in and out of water. The Neptune's Chariot is drawn by three pairs of https://growtopiawiki.nbg1.your-objectstorage.com/uploads/8/8f/ItemSprites.png War Seahorses, three facing the player's screen and three hidden at the back.

In Hellenistic and Roman imagery, the god Poseidon or Neptune can often be seen driving a sea-chariot drawn by hippocampi. This serves as the basis of inspiration for Neptune's Chariot.
