When equipped, this item grants the Punch Damage: Pegasus Lance! mod to the player, which allows them to break blocks faster and grants the player additional chance of unknown amount to obtain Pegasus Chest during Pegasus Pursuit whilst completing surgeries, or completing startopia missions.

- The Pegasus Lance is one of the six pegasus-themed clothing items introduced in the event, alongside Pegasus Crown, Pegasus Pauldrons, Pegasus Shirt, Pegasus Pants, and Pegasus Shoes.
