When equipped, it grants the Speedy & Build Range : Hooves of Cernunnos! mod, which allows the player to run faster on land and build blocks one tile farther. When walking on blocks, it will show a root crawling animation on the block. Additionally, it allows you to wrench things one tile farther as well.
