The Growtokens! update was introduced on March 30, 2014. It mainly revolved around the addition of Growtokens and the Growtoken Store into Growtopia.

As of December 12, 2014, 1 could also be obtained as a random drop from using a Geiger Counter. As of Block Party 2 on April 1, 2019, 3 may now be obtained from using a Geiger Counter.
