The Medusa's Crown is a hat item which was introduced as February's Item Of The Month for 2020.
Function
When wearing a Medusa's Crown, one will receive the Cold As Stone mod. The player, as long as he/she is the owner of the world, can punch people and turn them into rocks which has its own animation and can move around the world.
