Firstly, how could you possible measure the difference between 1.5 seconds and 2 seconds. Your reaction time is about 0.25 seconds and could heavily impact the difference between you measuring such a small amount of time. Unless you can provide proof that Milk does in fact cause people to break blocks faster, either from an official Growtopia staff post on the forums, a reply from Growtopia support or any other official means of proof, it will be concluded that the item has no effect.
