Royal Winter Seal is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of WinterFest 2019.
Obtaining
Royal Winter Seals are obtainable either from using Winterfest Cracker, using a Deluxe Winterfest Cracker, or from purchasing Gems through in-app purchases. Up to five Royal Winter Seals would drop from a single cracker, the player having 30 seconds to collect them. The following quantities of Royal Winter Seals would be given from purchasing packs:

- The Royal Winter Seal can be obtained in the backpack when players use an Extract-O-Snap or a Extractor Dynamo on a spawned Royal Winter Seal. Obtained Royal Winter Seals cannot be used in branches.
