Obtaining

It is a possible drop from smashing Weeping Willow Branches, Weeping Willow Foliage, Weeping Willows or Weeping Willow Streamers or from harvesting their respective trees.

Chopping Wood Block is similar to the Cutting Board where one can make Wood Chips by dropping 10 Weeping Willows or Sequoia Trees and punch it with a Headsman's Axe or a Lumber Axe equipped.
