Vile Vial - Moldy Guts is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of the Blocktor's Orders! update.

 You've been infected with moldy guts!

When consumed, the player will receive the Moldy Guts malady mod for 12 hours, which can be cured through a successful surgery. Should the malady get cured, both players—the surgeon and patient—will receive a prize.
