Using this item on yourself or on another player to get/give them the Malady: Moldy Guts! mod(a.k.a non-vicious Moldy Guts! malady). The mod lasts for 12 hours.
If you are not cured by a doctor before the 12 hours are up and the mod expires, after a short while, you will recieve the Malady: Moldy Guts! mod upon leaving a world.
