The Vile Vial - Brainworms is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of Blocktor's Orders! on June 13, 2019.

 You've been infected with brainworms!

 You no longer have brainworms!

When consumed, the player will receive the Brainworms malady mod for 12 hours, which can be cured through a successful surgery. Should the malady get cured, both players—the surgeon and patient—will receive a prize.

- On August 4, 2022, the amount of gems received from recycling a Vile Vial - Brainworms was changed from 250 to 0.
