The Caduceaxe is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of the Blockstor's Orders update on June 13, 2019.
Function
It has a chance of dropping 1-10 Vaccine Drops when smashing blocks. The higher the rarity, the more Vaccine Drops you can get. However, has a chance of breaking when doing so.
