The Riding 'roach is an unsplicable feet item which was added as part of the Gross-Out update on May 1, 2019. One can be obtained as a prize from reaching the 1st-3rd place in the That's Totally Gross! Daily Challenge.

When equipped, this item grants a mod which allows the player to move faster.
Trivia
As of July 27, 2019 in the Mutant Kitchen (update), Riding Firefly will replace the Riding 'roach' as a prize for winning the That's Totally Gross! Daily Challenges.
